Whenever I feel I am full of excuses for not getting things done…even following my own plan, I adhere to the big “D” word. It saves me every time. I get going on what I need to do in order to follow the goals I set for myself. Quite honestly, when I have in my goals to watercolor once a week, do my laundry, or deep clean an area in my home that needs to get done, sometimes I’d rather die first. Don’t get me wrong. Not doing what you have planned once in a while and resting instead or even just changing plans, is normal. It’s when it’s the rule rather than an exception, is when it becomes a problem.<\/p>\n
So whenever you feel your life is one big excuse or even it’s in the small, little excuses, use the big “D” word and change your life, too!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Discipline.
