Hi Jenny, I was curious, I know that you've said that you are an unschooler. Do you set aside time out of your day each day to work on school with your kids or do you not do that? I love your blog!
Each week and each day is different. I plan our week with them with all that we'd like to do and then I seek them individually with what they'd like to work on. So yes and no, it just depends on what we planned and each child.
Some days are full of books and experiments, and some are filled with legos and computers. Some might work on knitting, some study their passion on their own. I've had some teens take classes at a community college and some take some at a public school. Some days are filled with being out and about, just running errands grabbing library books and coffees.
it varies, it's unique, and each are led by their interests and the day.
Unschooling is our life! If you have any other questions, I'd love to answer; just let me know, Alice
