The best gluten free pizza
I’ve been trying to cut out some white flour and sugar; out of my diet and my family’s. If I can accomplish this without freaking out my kids too much…I’m a winner. This pizza is awesome and if your children need gluten free foods, this pizza is for you. My family loved it! When you make the crust, it’s runny, so you are pouring your crust into your pan. I use a large cast iron skillet that was rubbed with olive oil. The crust is simple using almond flour, herbs and garlic and it has somewhat of a cornbread texture. Topped with your favorite toppings and my easy-to-make pizza sauce, you will feel good feeding your babes this pizza!
